Default Samaritans hand out teabags at train station

https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.b...e-59996685.amp

In an attempt to debunk myths the 17th January is the ‘most depressing day in the year’, Samaritans have been handing out PG Tips teabags around the country.

The Samaritans own movement has been self-labelled as ‘Brew Monday’ in an effort to encourage people to talk

A pun on ‘Blue Monday’, this day was originally coined by Sky Travel, as the ‘most depressing day in the year’.

Last year, the Samaritans did similar, offering free haircuts at train stations, however had to scale down this year to due to their ‘limited budget’

Fancy a free teabag?

Stations involved are: Bath Spa, Cheltenham Spa, Exeter Central, Exeter St David's, Gloucester, Kemble, Plymouth, Swindon, Taunton and Truro stations.
