i guess its referring to various attempts by terrorists to mow down people at markets across the world.

I think given the terror threat is still very high in the uk, its prudent action

I went to a small Christmas market tonight it’s held in the road through the centre of a village
Was actually thinking while driving down there they should have a cars across the roads
