Default Wales will fine people 60.00 for going to work

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-b1980458.html

Workers in Wales could be fined £60 for going to their office under new coronavirus law if they are able to work from home.

The Welsh Government has amended legislation to make attending a workplace unnecessarily a criminal offence, amid the spread of the Omicron variant.

Go to work and don't pay the fine, what they gonna do? That would be laughed out of court.

They’ll just do it the same as most other fines that can be easily fought (e.g. parking tickets). Did you know that the vast majority of tickets for parking on double-yellows can be easily fought for example? The problem is, they give a £60 on the spot fine, £30 if you pay within 10 days… or you can fight it in court where if you win you pay nothing BUT if you lose you pay over £1000.

Most people don’t need that stress and will just hand over the £30 the day they get the ticket.

the world has lost its sanity. Nobody with a brain would consider that a sensible move. The huge majority of people would prefer to work from home than go to the office, so are they going to check offices now and what people are doing? It's mental
