These are families that can not afford Internet

TV license shouldn't exist at all but yes I agree, if it must exist, it should be free for those on low income.
We scrapped live telly years ago, went back for a bit with a 2 year Sky deal, utter garbage so we got rid again as soon as the 2 year contract was finished. Don't miss it at all. |

the situation wont change until the charter is renewed and i hope the licence is ditched then, but realistically, it wont be dumped it will just transform into something else
