It's one of those things ... people say it's amazing and you should try it like olives and caviar but they are vile!
Peppery, fatty, gristly, oily... vom!!

I get the packets of chorizo finely chopped…cook rice with peas and sweetcorn…fry the chorizo the add the rice in the frying pan and stir together…serve with oven baked salmon…delicious.
