Question DO you like a bit of CHORIZO?


I get a lovely bit from Waitrose, Spanish.

I slice it up for a few bits pre-dinner or slice it up to add to pasta

Gorgeous

Do you like a bit of sausage?

It's one of those things ... people say it's amazing and you should try it like olives and caviar but they are vile!

I get the packets of chorizo finely chopped…cook rice with peas and sweetcorn…fry the chorizo the add the rice in the frying pan and stir together…serve with oven baked salmon…delicious.

The best ones are the sausage ones , had them in pasta and was nice.
