Their guide is the record-breaking extreme athlete Wim Hof, known as the Iceman, who believes that embracing the cold can change lives for the better. The celebrities - Patrice Evra, Gabby Logan, Alfie Boe, Tamzin Outhwaite, Owain Wyn Evans, Dianne Buswell, Professor Green and Chelcee Grimes - are all taking part for different personal reasons and are hoping they will emerge from the experience feeling happier, healthier and stronger. last night was last episode of this first series


was very enjoyable, Lee/Holly are also a very nice presenting duo


you really get to know some of the celebs a lot better, i really like Alfie, Patrice, Professor Green/Stephen a lot more now

Tamzin also nice how a woman of her age overcomes her fears of freezing water and jumping off a 500m bridge


you also really got to know Wim better too
