I could do with toning up after Vegas, but I've just been the shop and bought ice cream and crisps I also had a McDonalds milkshake for lunch and dominoes

Never dieted ever and never will , i'm not overweight and never have been fortunately , but i only eat one proper meal a day and thats shrunk !

And not even treats, I'm just an idiot like, my homemade family recipe curry is pure health, one could live off that alone! But I have an entire slab of naan bread with it, for example... |

And I’m not watching my weight so I’ve really got no reason to diet. Call it an excuse, call it logical justification. It’s just not what everyone wants or needs, believe it or not.
