Default Anyone on a diet?

I could do with toning up after Vegas, but I've just been the shop and bought ice cream and crisps I also had a McDonalds milkshake for lunch and dominoes

I'm going to start on Monday.

Please give me your top secrets. I need to start working out

I'm currently on a diet where I have to eat lots of nuts. So far today I've had two Snickers and a Topic.

Never dieted ever and never will , i'm not overweight and never have been fortunately , but i only eat one proper meal a day and thats shrunk !

Yeah I have done fasted cardio and o think I could do something like 16/8 will look into it more

I'm trying to be on a diet, but I always allow myself too many treats

And not even treats, I'm just an idiot like, my homemade family recipe curry is pure health, one could live off that alone! But I have an entire slab of naan bread with it, for example...

Ohh, yes, that first bit. I had a big packet of cheesy puffs at half 6 this morning when I woke up. I don't know why and now I am annoyed with myself. I'm going to do a workout later and try burn it off, but then I know I will eat rubbish later anyway
