Apart from the obvious hypocrisy from Welby, it's the fact that he butts in with his opinion on every other subject where he just shouldn't be getting involved

Why does anyone care if someone is gay or not?

Even if for whatever reason you don't like gay people, they're not physically harming you, so leave them alone.
