A friend told me a story about a guy working in his office who asked a young woman, also working there, out on a date.
She reported the guy, asking her, to her boss, who threatened him with the sack if he 'didn't clean up his act'. Apparently he wasn't stalking her or making her life a misery. He, too, was a young person whose only 'crime' was asking out an attractive lady whom he thought might say yes. I'm only telling you this because stalking aside (yes, stalking is a very serious offence), men are changing the way in which they approach women out on dates. Again, so I'm told. I gave up years ago. Last edited by Gusto Brunt; 30-08-2022 at 02:14 PM. |
