postponing sports, but going on with irrelevant rubbish like the voice uk, the masked dancer

hypocrisy much

and when are these PL matches supposed to be played then, you are at a deadline, you have to have played half of the season before the world cup starts, the clock is ticking

This has not happened for 70 years so it is not surprising there isn't an agreed way to respond.

I think it's important that this takes precedence.

People will just have to entertain themselves some other way.

It's been 70 years, it's only respectful.

Put things into perspective and I'm no Royalist

Im gonna liken this "situation" to WWE/Wrestling. The fans pay their money, they can boo, and cheer who they like, no matter what it is expected/desired. Ok yeah it can be seen as disrespectful, but it their right to show their disapproval of the Monarchy.

That is completely different imo, people boo players at football matches week in and week out, this is about respect for the dead and it would be very embarrassing and hurtful for the family and for Royalists and indeed non Royalists who have some class, it could potentially have caused lots of safety issues as well and more police presence than normal. i heard quite a few Liverpool supporters on the radio this morning saying they would have been embarrassed if a section had booed

A state that has continually forced violence upon the city of Liverpool shouldn't demand respect, and neither should anyone else.

I suppose so, i wouldn't boo if i was at a game, but im not gonna pretend i care much either.

Im not sure how much the Royals would care tbh, in public they'd come out with something generic, in private they'd just say "ugh, peasants".

They could have had a minute or two APPLAUSE then have a rousing version of the National anthem !!

Then everyone would be happy and they would have a nice memory of the day rather than this widespread frustration and disappointment.

What about the mental well-being of the thousands who LIVE for their weekly fox of LIVE football !! They make a day of going to the match , something to eat and see friends at the ground .

I’m not really fussed about not having premier league games on .. who are we missing this weekend !?

I’ve just watched Bayern Munich draw at home .. Barcelona are on at 5:30pm … Inter and AC Milan on later .. Real Madrid Juventus and Atletico Madrid are all being shown LIVE on telly

The EPL may actually lose loads of followers when they see how good the foreign teams are

I guess it's lucky for the EPL that satellite and cable haven't been invented yet, to allow us to see any European footie.

As did some hearts fans...they soon got weeded out and dealt with, whilst others faces are now plastered over the internet.
