Whilst I bow to your great experience with 58,571 posts, dear Nicky, the video I refer to was not on The Sun site.

True, I am a mere novice and clearly prone to all mannner of mistakes as I dip my toe into this new pool of experience with my first post, but at least I have a 100% accuracy rate.

no on the mirror site

you're correct

in terms of all this, Molly at least has been honest from moment one about her stage school background (ok she has been punished for it with all those dance offs, but lying about something like this seems worse in my opinion, good for Hamza this only comes out now, not many weeks back otherwise he would've been a likely candidate for a shock exit/shock dance off)

Certainly I am naive, dear Nicky 91.

I greatly appreciate that you correct yourself, thank you.

So let's reset. You wrote in relation to may maiden post:

"also who posts this pile of garbage again"

Clearly as a newbie, this was most unsettling to read.

Now that you realise your inaccuracy, what are your thoughts on my maiden post?

I see you are a great advocate for deceit, when describing "Yassin" you write: "good for Hamza this only comes out now"

Vardy needed your logic.

i don't advocate deceit? i more meant it in a way ''good for Hamza himself this news only comes out now otherwise he would have been in more dance offs''

but honestly another shady thing going on, 3/4 finalists with their couples choice, and BBC kinda sabotaged Molly not having a genuine couples choice but one with grange hill theme tune a show which was long before she was even born, couples choice is a personal story with a dance style of their choice (other than the normal 10 dance and specialty dance)

in all fairness there should be one particular ''magic moments'' week for the couples choices, like they do on the german version

no

but just saying i believe that to be true, if that article was published some weeks back, i like to think he wouldn't have been a finalist (same what happened to Danny John-Jules when that negative media article about him came out, him abusing his dance partner Amy, not knowing if it were to be true but negative publicity always hurts a contestant's chances)

and i don't advocate deceit, he's not my favourite anyway, he lacks a bit of star quality for my liking, he doesn't give me ''winner vibes'' either, unlike what i had with Lili & Massimo, Kelvin & Oti, Rose & Giovanni

for me personally someone like Molly has exactly that extra bit of oomph, star quality

Angloo I wouldn't bother getting into a debate with Nicky, the rest of us are used to him he flips his opinions minutely, he can completely hate someone on strictly and then a minute later they will be his absolute favourite. So I wouldnt bother

Thanks Jake.

I'm not so worried about who my favourite is, we are all entitled to that view. Anyway, Elly T was eliminated!

I just read today's article and video as incontrovertibly true and yet another example of BBC shady behaviour - when they want to pontificate on how everyone should behave, and think.

Enjoy the show!

Oh well I'll still enjoy the routines, even if some of the choices are unexpected.

Also I'm fed up of hearing about 'previous dance experience ' , when 90% of celebrities have danced before in their life!!! . Or had some fitness advantage.

Like I've said time after time again, if people want a competition with total dance virgins & zero advantage, then all the contestants would be news readers & politicians ,and it would be very boring.
I didn't know that the Media had printed negative press about Hamza, that's interesting information.

And I agree with you on the dance experience argument, as long as it's not someone that's a dancer for a living I don't see the issue.

The accusation is on video, so scarcely disputable. It also includes quotation from "Yassin" stating that he had never danced before Strictly.

The comment above from Mystick Mock just prompts me to believe that BBC manipulates the audience in the way no public service should. So it has an agenda in seeking to promote Hamza to becoming the new Sir David Attenborough; but if it were to pursue such a goal in underhand manner by manipulating viewers' votes, the BBC would merely go down a route where his career will be tarnished.

He seems like a nice chap. One could also wonder whether the BBC told him to hush up his previous extensive dance lessons and experience and performace.

This evening's final needs to be reviewed. If the BBC do not take immediate action now that their cat, or, to maintain the wildlife theme, raging tiger is out of the bag, the controversy will rage on well into 2023 and will also tarnish the Come Dancing story of 75 years in the way it should not be allowed to. The first disqualified champion?

The BBC is quick to air ACCUSATIONS against European EU officials in the Qatargate scandal this week because it suits their own highly questionable agenda.

The lack of transparancy in Strictly voting has stunk for years. Given the many possible methods of voting, we can be sure some smug BBC administrator is sitting there ready to juggle the facts and figures to justify in the face of any accusation.

The BBC has every chance to to make voting visible, transparent, fun - in the way the more creative European broadcasting organisation does in the annual song contest.

That the BBC has any agenda would be worrying in a world where those who are BEST should be promoted, not slow-tracked because their personal profile doesn't rank favourably against others'.

That such an agenda might be allowed to manifiest itself, with such scant respect for the viewers at large, is a mere reconfirmation of what many have felt for some years.

If the Final goes ahead regardless of today's press revelation in an attempt to sweep this tiger under the carpet, we can be sure that Qatargate will be a tiny back door in comparison with the Brandenburg-scale Hamzagate that will dominate the months to come.
Welcome to the Forum.

And I agree with you 100%

the BBC never want those with dance experience to win, they usually steer for the novices, but if Hamza held this info back, that is kinda being deceitful indeed

so we don't know what Jowita's teaching skills are like then, or well we do, from last years xmas special, unless Adrian Chiles has any secret dance background nobody knows of

like i keep saying, BBC want Helen as the winner

By that silly logic, most the celebrity's are
'ringers' then . An image of Hamza doing a dance routine , from God knows when ...does not equal 'professional dancer ' .

If Brendan Cole re entered Strictly as a celebrity learning routines, then I could understand the fuss ... but That's not it . Helen is going to win anyway.

The article states: "In October he also claimed never to have danced with a partner apart from some Gaelic dancing."

And that he said: "“I like dancing in the shower...."

And also: "The former Bangor student said: “There were many rehearsals leading up to any shows. As you can tell in the videos, he was rehearsed. The fact that I recall him in the club indicates he was involved for some time.”

Most sinister of all:

"The BBC declined to comment when approached by the Mirror about the video of his university dance exploits."

Either:
I am a twit and have misunderstood.
Or:
The Mirror article is hocus-pocus.
Or:
There is a lot of explaining to be done.

NB: this is not based on "an image" but of dance videos on stage. Why would he talk about dancing in the shower rather than remembering dancing salsa and paso doble on stage?
