[Comedy legend John Bird dies aged 86
as Bremner, Bird And Fortune co-star leads
tributes to 'one of the greatest satirists' after
he passed away on Christmas Eve

Bird died on Christmas Eve at his care home,
with funeral set for the New Year
Known for portrays of bumbling politicians,
military figures and businessmen
Rory Bremner remembered his friend for being
'so modest and self-effacing']
