Did you watch it? It was actually really good and imo Austin Butler deserved the Oscar, he was fantastic (although I'm happy for Brendan Fraser as he seems like a lovely guy) EEAAO was really bad and painful to sit through

the oscar awards have rarely made any sense to me. In the area i am most knowledgeable about, the music side of it, the winner is pretty much a similar pick to eurovision and i have a feeling films are similarly picked

Yeah same with me, If it hadn't been one of the Oscar nominated films that i was trying to watch before the show I wouldn't have even finished it, it was such a chore to get through
