I'm currently on late night/early morning hours.

I finished work at 10pm this evening with no work tomorrow, which means I party late tonight/this morning.

I started drinking at 11pm and am already on my forth can of lager and I've had a G&T chaser.

I'm now about to tuck into lasagne and fries.

I'm living the working class dream.

Enjoy….it’s great when you get in after a Late shift…everyone’s in bed and you are off the next day….and tuck in a few drinks and eat what you like…bliss

My last meal is at around 10pm .. I think your body just adapts to whatever your eating habits are tbh

I only drink water from 10p until 5pm the following day ( other than a black coffee at 7am ) and yet I wake up bright and breezy every morning and have loads of energy all throughout the day .. no dips or peaks.

Our bodies are marvellous ‘machines’ ..
