Naughty Ray has been involved in something of a mystery involving a piece of string, the House blind spot and a ball.

The Irish lad ventured to manufacture a ball for sporting purposes - made of medical dressing, string and some tape. However, attempt number one fell apart as soon as he had built it.

Onto attempt two, which is where the mystery comes in. Ray whispered something to Jon, who immediately became all defensive.

"No, I can't, I can't," Jon pleaded. "They'd confiscate it."

"Just a little bit?" Ray quizzed.

But Jon would not be moved, so Ray - egged on by Fed who told him to "do it anyway" - scuttled off into the toilet with a bowl, the ball and a pair of scissors.

He then half-opened the door, and propped it open with the toilet bin, creating a camera blind spot. From here, the 25-year old did something with the ball, at one point discarding the scissors.

Happy with himself and by now whistling in a feeble attempt to shift the emphasis away from himself, he took the ball back outside - now with grooves cut into it. Following a bit more string tying, the ball was finished.

So what's going on? What was Jon keen for Ray not to use?

Has anyone else noticed the blind spot? I think it's a bit silly of Big Brother to not have noticed this when rebuilding the house x I did notice it the other night x i'm sure Sticks will pipe up again though about them not being able to run a welk stall or something xxx
