Ditto. It fills a void on Saturday nights (which can otherwise often be somewhat bland compared to Thursday/Friday evenings).

One thing I like about contemporary B.G.T. is the fact that Simon Cowell’s kept his sarcasm/sense of dry humour while also having softened quite a bit. Compared to how he used to be he’s not just abrasive and rude just for the sake of being so.
