my thread is for who we think are any realistic names and who we think might do the show this year


my guesses

- Anthony Head (69) (i'll throw his name once again into the mix, if production wants a male debbie mcgee, this is your guy, still a very much well known actor, also very known for his role on rocky horror and of course as Giles in BTVS, as well as for being the brother of ''one night in bangkok'' Murray Head)
- Mel Giedroyc (54) (did the christmas special recently, was very much loved by fans, has a eurovision connection, one of the commentators, overall a well known household name too)

- Mimi Webb (22) (this years HRVY, Molly Rainford type of casting i feel, quite the rising star in british music industry too so i reckon producers could push her to up her profile to a wider audience base a bit more)

- Davina McCall (55) (in light of ITV's Big Brother comeback, can see them wanting to milk on that too a bit with one BB presenter legend what she is)

- Max Whitlock (30) (Nile did DOI, but tbh i can still easily see Max doing this show and slaying same amount as Louis did many years ago)

- Monty Don (67) (more wishful thinking for me, as i feel he would come across as so lovely and many of the elder viewers would instantly adore watching him try to dance + we haven't had too many garden influenced dance performances yet, imagine him to troye sivan's bloom)

- Elise Christie (32) (retired but would make a interesting first winter olympian name tbf, good for her to promote her mental health awareness campaigning on here, same with Tony Adams last year)

- Alan Shearer (52) (now Tony done it last year, pls have the Shearer Sexbomb goalscoring machine as next football signing!!!!!)

- Bobby Brazier (19) (up and coming soap star, plus very young equals maybe some good potential for this show???)

- Giovanna Fletcher (38) (Tom done the show, this castle queen to hit the dancefloor next???? also Giovanna & Giovanni, can you imagine )
