Agreed. Ronnie (as much as I disliked her in her last few years, or at really any point from 2011 onwards; she peaked as a character in early 2009 and went progressively downhill after Danielle died) and Roxy would’ve been a more obvious candidate. Cindy has no need to come back and wasn’t exactly in public demand besides a few niche bubbles on the less informed side of Digital Spy and Walford Web.

My advice to EastEnders would be to stop relying on classic characters of the past, and instead focus on creating classic characters for the current generation of potential EastEnders fans.
