Tonight's task will take the form of a quiz, but only two housemates will be allowed to take part. The group will have to chose two housemates that are evenly matched in knowledge as well as an umpire. The housemate who can identify correctly the most flags by placing them on a map will be the winner, the winner will then get to choose one other housemate to join him or her in the reward room. The competitors will be asked to identify five countries on the maps provided by placing flags on the countries they think they belong to. Whoever correctly identifies the most countries and gets the highest score, will win tonight’s reward and will be able to choose who to invite to join him/her in the reward room. Once in the reward room the winners will be greeted with a smartly decorated room and served an 8 course meal with champagne. === I think, if this is true, we shall be seeing a press release shortly. I've been out enjoying the sun this afternoon so apologies for the late posting of this, but there is indeed a Press Release, which is worded almost identically to dustmite's post......
BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATES TO BE QUIZZED FOR THE CHANCE TO EARN A POSH DINNER PARTY IN THE REWARD ROOM Tonight, the remaining seven Big Brother housemates will face their fourth Saturday Challenge live on Channel 4 at 9.10pm. This week, two housemates will be tested on their general knowledge of the world for the chance to spend the evening in this week’s reward room, equipped with banquet. However, this will be a general knowledge quiz with a twist, with the outcome determining which housemates qualify to enjoy the surprise treats awaiting them in the secret room. This evening, onlytwo housemates will be able to take part in the General Knowledge Quiz Challenge. As a group, they will all have to decide which two housemates they want to be tested. The two housemates chosen should be as evenly matched as possible in terms of knowledge in order to ensure a fair contest. An umpire will also be chosen by the group, but this person will not automatically win tonight’s reward but will have the chance to join the winners in the reward room if the winner choses him/her to dine with. The rest of the housemates are not allowed to assist either competing housemate during the challenge, or will risk jeopardising tonight’s reward for the entire group. The competitors will be asked to identify five countries on the maps provided by placing flags on the countries they think they belong to. Whoever correctly identifies the most countries and gets the highest score, will win tonight’s reward and will be able to choose who to invite to join him/her in the reward room. Once the lucky housemates enter the reward room, they will be given dinner suits to wear. They will find the room decorated in drapes, with a large table, hard carved chairs and chandeliers. They will then be able to enjoy an eight-course meal with champagne and other dinner party treats. |

I've been very good all week and deserve a reward - I could put ones evening gown on, get the tiara and diamonds out, put on my poshest voice and be on my best behaviour. Bet they wish Jon was still there. |

So does this mean that the report of a HM being swapped with an African Housemate can be discounted ?

Perhaps they are hoping Cameron or Steph wins, and chooses the other to go in the room with them

This could be interesting because earlier on E4 someone (think it was Steph) told the others that whatever happens tonight Ray should go into the room as he has only been in once before so it looks like it may be Ray and whoever?????

The task began with Ray and Cameron benig selected as the two participants.
Nush was selected as the umpire. Ray managed to correctly identify 4 out of 5 countries. Cameron managed to identify 5. Therefore, Cameron won the task. Cameron was then called to the diary room, and asked to select 5 of the remaining 6 housemates to win the task. He chose, with much difficulty whilst appearing to resist crying: Ray, Scott, Gos, Steph and Tania. When Cameron left the diary room he headed straight to Nush, hugged and kissed her and made his apologies for not selecting her. He also began to sob, but stopped shortly afterwards. He instructed Nush as to the location of his stash of Orkney Fudge. They then entered the reward room, leaving poor Nush behind. |

I think Cameron did a really good job in choosing a person to stay outside. Nush may be upset but she will cope with it and not make a fuss.
The only other people he could have picked who would have reacted well would have been Gos or Steph. Ray would have had a strop cos he didnt get his second visit to the room, Scott would have felt hard done by and Tania would have lost it. Poor lad I really felt for him, it was such a difficult decision - nasty nasty Big Brother you really are SNEAKY. |

The only other thing Cameron could have done was to only pick 4 people so that at least then two people would have been left outside and it would have been a bit more fun them.
Big Brother was determined to get one person left on their own in the Saturday night task though and at last they got their own way! |

I've got to be honest I found all that sobbing by Cameron pretty annoying to watch.
It's was hardly a big tragedy. 6 out of 7 of the housemates got to go in the room. Well done kaphc on 999 posts. |

Leaving Nush behind in favour of a full set of male hormones. Cameron was just plain nuts........ He should have left Ray on his own after all he has demonsrtated the ability to entertain himself with tha aid of a quilt
