I wonder if anyone is likely to ever be charged with anything here.

i think its likely all 3 are guilty. The thing with accounts is its next to impossible to falsify things and get away with it, so their time will come. My guess is they have been trying to make life easier by getting one of them to spill the beans and get a deal, but if they all stay silent, they are toast

A Clever Scotsman,
Chris Bambery (journalist)
Live on Ch5HD AM Live, panel.

He said the Indie folks were told to send Money in,
it was Ring Fenced for the 2nd Indie Vote.
But of course that never came
So all that Cash sent it
was stolen.

Humza Yousaf has refused to suspend Sturgeon. Interestingly, Sturgeon had no problem suspending Salmond

If there were only 3 who could act as signatories, then not sure what all the investigating is about

get them charged with fraud and theft

So even the "nice" politicians have convictions about as deep as a puddle and will use any opportunity to grub money for themselves?

How utterly shocking.

I thought you were suggesting that that was where the money had gone - as the whole controversy has of course been that the money is still missing, not just that it was misappropriated, they still don't know where it is now (if it was laundered and stashed away) or what it was spent on, if no one in the SNP has it any more.

'tis all a bit odd, at the very least whoever owns the motorhome should be able to show a clear chain of financing for when it was bought.

they must have thought of a way to wash they money for the motorhome as they cant be that stupid but it seems clear as day that it was bought for the both of them to use recreationally

there is all sorts of dirt in the books. Her husband gave the party a sizeable loan after they seemingly had their hands in the cookie jar. That was to cover up their misdeeds. Accountants will eat them for breakfast

Nicola always gave the impression she was all over everything , so its hard to see how she wasn't aware of 600K going missing from the fund of the thing she most wanted, maybe they borrowed it and thought they could pay it back before anyone noticed, all 3 know what happened to it
