If he wants out he wants out, its not like he was the backbone of his career or stayed at home with the kids like many women who get pay off are/do, he was with us less than a year and a half he should get nada and he should pay his own legal bill, I would say the same if it was a women in the same situation, get a bit of class and a hairbrush

He will be entitled to what the court sees fit not what you think he should get.
