It would also be too similar to BB5's Becki for the fact that it would be pointless and not that much of a twist. It will be A LOT more shocking when she starts talking normally and reveals her truth.

Also remember there are plenty of regional dialects?

Pauline's Australian accent is from the c**p region of Oz and I've just heard her say she's worked in Chiswick which will help her out when she slips into her regional London/c**p/Oz accent too
