who now in bad times can not afford to

So we have an ever increasing population with ever decreasing toilet situation .. great .

When he go out for day trips we already have to use the ones in local pubs or supermarkets

I thought we all paid our taxes for services like this

At halftime at the football you cram into the bogs that stink of pish and have to queue 3 deep, shuffle forward and pee shoulder with gents on either side.
