5 seconds to kill him

Correct to stop the Car
but Evil to kill him in 5 seconds
7 bullets.

Mark Dial shot dead motorist Eddie Irizarry
in Philadelphia on August 14
He was fired a week later and now
faces a slew of charges, including murder
