If Dylan hadn't nominated Henry, there would've been 7 housemates up as Zak got 5 nominations and Henry, Paul, Kerry, Trish, Matty, and Jordan all had 3 nominations each.

That would've been far more interesting than a H2H eviction.

I’d have preferred to have the 7 people up rather than just the two, as I think it would’ve have created more tension in the house and excitement for the viewer.
And to be honest, there’s a number of housemates I would prefer to see the back of before either Zak or Henry.

2 doesn't seem enough when there are so many in the house. Most of them knew they probably wouldn't be up so there's less sense of danger

If it's 4 up, it's probably also harder to influence noms too

As much as I would have liked to see more housemates up, it's for the best that they stick to it being the housemates that have the most nominations. Them randomly deciding that the housemates who had less nominations should be up too is too reminiscent of the CH5 days when producers would decide to their own discretion every week how many noms they would need in order to manipulate the eviction result.
