Default Things you have to go boujee on

And by that I mean something you can’t compromise with no matter how cost-ineffective.

For me it’s coffee. I love me a good home-made cup of tea/hot chocolate but my coffee has to be from Costa/Starbucks/Caffe Nero. Coffee beans themselves are indigenous to Ethiopia (something like that) so bland English coffee isn’t a traditional way that deserves to be beholden to just-because. It’s just a way, and one which tastes like crap. I only drink home-brewed normal coffee when I really have to (say I’m trying to get through a 13-hour night shift and the tea alone ain’t cutting it after 3 mugs). I’m not a bland-coffee kind of person at all.

I say those three coffee-stores here but what I really mean is just-about anywhere that does good coffee with decent variety and flavours (including the eternally drinkable Italian stuff). But one way or another no to boring, bland Nescafé.

Books - I collect antiquarian books, specifically Dickens and the Bell Brothers

But I don't read on a screen, everything I read is in physical editions.

Flights. I only book business or better. Can’t be dealing with premium economy or worse

I don’t know if this is boujee but I prefer to go natural when it comes to cleaning (so sodium bicarbonate, vinegar, chamomile and essential oils). I prefer not to use all that harsh chemical nonsense (bleach and the like) unless I’m doing the toilet. Bleach does have its place around the house but there are better natural solutions. Treating floors and surfaces with chemicals unnecessarily isn’t really a meticulous goal.
