If you watch back the episodes hes been enthusiastic and friendly to all. Fair enough he fell under Paul and especially chanelle the women he fancies wings for a while, but hes had a good friendship with matty and Jenkin.

He is not suprised, arrogant, humble, or crass....He is just what the person next to him is.

Sometimes less is more, and in Toms case he is surrounded by mores being lesses. Especially the females.
