2016 Big Brother was one of the best in recent times iirc?

The one with the other house and we got that stunning new set and the eye/graphics were good.

We had some of the best arguments

I can’t remember much of it but I’m sure it was one of the best we’ve had since say 2014

Yes it was amazing and the best C5 series in my opinion, it had a classic feel to it.

For anyone watching for the social psychology... the best of the C5 era was BB13 and BB15. But both were also quite a difficult watch.

15 grew on me

I barley remember 16, 18, and 19

Although I didn’t watch 19 tbh.

I started getting bored of BB during BB18.

Tbh looking back, none of the Channel 5 series age that well for me If I could actually be arsed enough, I’d be interested to see how my opinions have changed on certain housemates now. In terms of my enjoyment and overall investment at the time they were airing, I’d say my favourites were either BB13 and BB14. I guess you could say my engagement was at its peak during BB15 as that was the year I joined this forum, but my god what a terrible bunch they had that year lol

I agree - both seasons I came out of feeling very drained. Both seasons I sort of feel like, as a social experiment, really pushed the line of what's actually wthical . BUT that's what made them (from a social psychology standpoint) great viewing.

Great social psych seasons are 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13 and 15

6, 10 and 14 had their moments too of course which I guess makes a full golden 10 years from 5 - 15

Shoutout to 19 as well to be fair, for putting multiple bonafide sociopaths in a house together .
