Normal flight.
He was given cash, In the Sun newspaper [The UK has sent the first failed asylum seeker to Rwanda - under a voluntary scheme. The scheme is for those who have gone through the asylum process and had permission rejected, rather than for migrants who have illegally entered Britain by crossing the Channel on small boats. The migrant was sent on a commercial flight and handed a fee from the British taxpayer to help relocate under the terms of a deal with Rwanda.] https://news.sky.com/story/first-fai...cheme-13126518 Last edited by arista; 30-04-2024 at 09:02 PM. |

So the migrant a)volunteered and b)was paid.

This is a separate scheme this shambolic government has.
This individual who couldn't stay here because he didn't fit the criteria to.. He was offered to go to Rwanda, and he was happy to go voluntarily. So he gets a payment to do so. The boat crossing individual won't be offered the opportunity to go. They'll be FORCED to. With no payments. This is a different arrangement the government set up. I've no issues at all with sending individuals to Rwanda IF they volunteer to do so. I just think it wrong that any individuate FORCED to go anywhere they don't want to. Ch4HDnews Live was at Loughborough
A load of shouting protestors stopping a Van collecting illegal migrants. They claim a Young Man from Syria is being detained within the centre. Ch4HDnews spoke on the phone the young man, said him and 2 others one from Iran, have been told they are booked for a Rwanda flight. Outside that building Activists are trying to find out. |
