Meh. Compared to smaller communities, cities in general are sketchy and dangerous. But only comparatively. Realistically there are only certain areas (of any large town or city) that are objectively "risky".

I've never been to London so I don't know.

But aren't capital Cities the most dangerous areas for crime in every country?
