1Ga Swiatek is the one i am rooting for

and someone pinch me, still cannot believe my queen Pegula is an olympian now would've been declared crazy if i said this 10 years ago when she was still a under the radar WTA player

and her doubles partner and bestie Gauff having had the honour of carrying the american flag next to the NBA Legend that is Lebron James

Did you notice how much better the TV camera angles were !!???
Eurosport use these very same ( more dramatic and realistic angles) for all their competitions.

The Beeb have that ridiculous angle that doesn’t show the true quality/ angles/ speed of play !!!

The Beeb does the same with snooker coverage - it makes the game and angles look sooo easy

Cheeky bar stewards !!

I was watching the tennis between Nadal and Glutin free Djokovic on the iPlayer and it disappeared to be replaced by mountain biking !

No sign of the game on BBC , iPlayer or Eurosport 1 or 2 ..

Checked on Discovery + app and there it was !!

Crazy to have the two clay court legends playing each other on day 2 !!

This should be a semi or final

Nadal was 4:0 down in games and just won 4 consecutive games

Pegula facing off against Svitolina, could also be a great match on paper

and for the doubles, Pegula/Gauff now have to play Muchova/Noskova, the czech duo

their R1 match vs Perez/Saville was very solid, 6-3, 6-1
