It was 5:25%

now 5%

So this is now the start of going down

Before you Labour lovers get all excited ..

The drop if you have a Ł125,000 mortgage means you will pay just under Ł17 less each month ( Ł4.25 week)

has cut the Interest Rate to 4.5%
