Both are attractive, and I do like Blank Space in particular from Taylor Swift.
But Katy Perry does have E.T, which I do really like from her. So my vote goes to Katy.

Katy can't sing live so we judge music, not music videos  and as for the catchy hits, well Dua Lipa nowadays does it way better than Katy, and back in her day sis also got owned by other big stars like Beyonce, Rihannaa few Katy songs i like (California Gurls, Hot n Cold) but that's it really
