Since we have an irritation one.

I got a letter in the post today. Nothing particularly special, just a booking confirmation and a wee letter thanking us for the booking and looking forward to seeing us, but…

At the cinema today were real human beings taking payment and physically handing over the tickets. Coming from a misanthrope like me, it was nice to be reminded of that human touch
