LIAM, Brian and Gerry got serious yesterday — in a discussion about the word queer. As they sat together at the dining table: Liam asked: “In the PC scheme of things, is it offensive to call gay people queer?” Gerry nodded and said: “I’m a queer and my friends can call me queer.” But he added that it can also be offensive and used by bullies. http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2...320646,00.html |
