I bought a couple of second-hand ones from ebay

just run under the tap and you are good to go

I did but I googled it because I wasn't sure. I have heard them called something else.

I saw in the images tons of DIY versions. Including someone who made a Thomas the Choo Choo one where I was like- men ffs - but that is kinda hilarious... the one with the teeth looked horrifying.
