One was a Ukraine man doing a Haircut
to a Russian Fella in the UK.

He claims it became rough?

Well on that I hope there is CCTV in the Haircut place,
was debated on GMBHD itv.

The threshold needs to be higher for arresting people or investigating or logging incidents into a database imo.

1. It has to be an actual crime.
