Cards on the table. Who actually enjoyed this week (March 2006) where Phil drags Grant along to Johnny Allen’s place to get revenge for his hand in Dennis Rickman’s death? Too far-fetched and … just out-and-out bizarre to root for or was this the last solid brick of the more exciting parts of the gangster era for you?
