This was reported on WION HD
a few days back. No other news. [More than 50 people have already died in the outbreak, with most patients dying within 48 hours of symptoms appearing. A total of 413 people are reported to have been infected. The first case was reported in the town of Boloko on January 21, with three children under five years old reportedly falling ill after they ate a dead bat. ] Not again. [Patients reported symptoms of pain in the neck and joints, sweating and shortness of breath. In those under 59 years old, intense thirst and in children, persistent crying were also reported. Local officials have described the outbreak as 'really worrying', with doctors saying the outbreak was 'really alarming' and 'of significance to the rest of the world'.] https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...ath-congo.html Last edited by arista; 27-02-2025 at 03:22 AM. |
