Carole has been struggling to keep her boxing gloves on after she was told she must wear them to prevent her from cleaning.

She had been unable to resist giving the party-goers a hand with the mess Big Brother had left for them, despite being told that the entertainers must have the day off.

While tackling the shopping list with the twins this afternoon, she kept taking the gloves off to turn the pages of the products book.

"Carole is reminded that she must wear her boxing gloves until further notice," announced Big Brother.

But within five minutes, she had inadvertently whipped them off again and received a second warning over the tannoy.

An hour later, the group was still toiling away at the list when the gloves came off for a third time, resulting in yet another stern reminder.

A hungover Big Brother also sounded the alarm several times to rouse the housemates who were still in the bedroom, prompting Chanelle to moan: "We're not asleep, why are you playing this?"
