Blackpool has the edge but voted both cos I really like both places. Like Ness I go every year, usually with her the last few times.

At least Blackpool has the ‘sea’ , never saw the attraction of Southport beach at all .

It looked totally neglected by the council .. full of litter and weeds plus of course you need a telescope to see the ‘filthy’ sea
