Default Iced Chai Latte - yay or nay??

I'm very late to the Chai Latte party but met a friend for a coffee catch up yesterday and as it was warm I thought I would try am Iced Chai Latte - honestly worst thing I have ever tasted....I have a Christmas candle that smells like that drink tasted I kept sipping it though - hoping to suddenly like it but no.

So my question is - what's your go to drink at a coffee shop? I think I will stick to a cappucino from now on

I love a proper Indian chai, which should have a creamy texture. I find the British adaptations in cafes is just watery spiced piss.
