That doesn't sound quite right, but apart from Ultimate I can't actually remember any others returning as fully fledged HMs.

…I mean, there have been returns …Nikki Graham for instance for one…and (…I think…)…that she returned as a full housemate/eligible to win etc…but that was in the same season…I can’t recall any crossover housemate that have been housemate in two seasons…as you say/other than ultimates…

Didn't Helen and Brian make a disastrous return in a series .... cant remember if they were full hm's or not

It is correct. No housemate has competed in two separate civilian seasons as a full housemate (Ultimate BB doesn’t count as that was an all-stars edition).
