[both the UK and USA are experiencing rising
food prices, driven by global supply chain pressures, extreme weather, and increased energy/transport costs, but also by country-specific factors like Brexit-related issues and worker shortages in the UK, and new tariffs in the US. While inflation rates have fluctuated, food costs continue to outpace overall inflation in both nations. Was just debated on CNN HD State of Union. |
