He says they are in Talks......


Some reports say they are not.


He stated Cuba needs USA help
so USA Cuba
could be arriving soon.

So does that mean every country that's running out of cash we should do a peaceful takeover?

I'm not necessarily against it for Cuba, but that's not an argument for intervention. It's more accurate to say it could be mutually beneficial.
