Sooo - I follow my dentist’s regime ..
Morning and evening I floss thoroughly then swill with mouthwash then dip a interdental brush thingy in mouthwash and clean in-between all teeth then finally brush thoroughly with a medium then a firm brush Not needed any work in the last 10 years since I started this rigorous process |
