A legend... very sad. 86 is a wonderful legacy though for his family.

So sad to hear this. I mostly remember him from Way of the Dragon when he fought Bruce Lee in the Colosseum.. Legend...

…he had great Hollywood movie success because of his martial art skills and I guess just being a likeable personality…he was a great gif/meme of 2012 times and it’s quite the terrific legacy to be so known to another generation that probably have never or possibly will never see one of his movies…a great aga, a great legacy and all approved by Chuck Norris…

I used to run an IRC bot that would rotate through a set of Chuck Norris joke quotes and "facts". His acting was that iconic, imv.

…it’s strange isn’t it, how we can so strongly connect to people/faces/personalities etc…he wasn’t the most accomplished actor beyond his martial arts but he’s become so timeless and engaged so much warmth and really has reached another generation in that very internet gif/meme way…
