TV babe Amy Alexandra is desperate to find love on Big Brother – after having her heart broken by a hunky Superbike star.

Amy, 21, a regular presenter on televisionX, fell for strapping Leon Camier after being introduced at a race meeting last year.

But despite “quickly becoming serious” their love stalled when Leon, 20, decided his Superbike career was more important.

“Basically, he said he was too busy for a girlfriend,” said a pal. “They had been going out for a few months and Amy was very upset.

“In fact she’s still nursing a broken heart – although it happened at the beginning of the year.”

But pals of 6ft 3in Leon reckon that while 30DD Amy was a “cracking girl”, she wasn’t the one for him. Leon, from Ashford, Kent, who is now competing in Japan, sees her as “just a good friend”.

A pal said: “Leon was taken with Amy. But he is so busy and couldn’t see it going anywhere. He just wants to be good friend.” Amy’s close pal Maddy Wilding said: “It’s his loss. In my opinion any man who doesn’t fall for Amy is a complete fool.”

Maddy added: “I’m sure she would love to find love on BB.

“She won’t go for Ziggy though. She thinks he’s a bit of a minger.”

We can also reveal that Amy, from Sotby near Lincoln, LIED to get on Big Brother – by telling producers she was teetotal.

Maddy revealed: “She is not a big drinker. A couple of drinks and she’s tipsy – but she’s not teetotal.”

Fans who can’t get enough of Amy will be able to see virtually ALL of her on televisionX all this week. A channel source said: “The viewers love her – she’s red hot.”

She will also be part of a televisionX Big Brother Special on the night of the final on August 31.
