The halfway housemates were given the chance to do this week's Big Brother podcast this morning.

Tracey took charge of the operation and went around the group interviewing them one-by-one about their experiences and asking what message they would like to send to the main house.

Kara-Louise told Tracey that she was still struggling to see Big Brother's sense of humour but added that she was appreciative of all the suntan lotion they had provided in the morning. "He seems to think we are undergoing a heat wave," she laughed.

Talking about the conditions of the Halfway House, she joked: "The state of my halls were worse than this." However, she admitted she was jealous of the proper housemates, remarking: "They are really lucky over there, they've got the pool and everything."

Shanessa was the next interviewee, and she said her message for the main house was: "Easy brothers! Whassup!" On a more serious note she added: "Just like to say hello, hope you're having fun, make the most of it...And Ziggy you're really sexy!"

When asked about her time in the house, she replied: "I've had lots of fun, it has been lush, it's been wicked fun."

Tracey was the final halfway housemate to speak on the podcast, and she offered out some advice to the group in case she gets evicted tonight. "Be yourself, hold on to who you are," she argued, before joking: "Whoever you may be, you weirdos!"
