Well its the moment we've all been waiting for:
THE X FACTOR IS BACK!!

What we know so far:
*Dermot O'Leary is taking over reins as presenter for a reported £1 million contract
*Louis Walsh is back since Brian Friedman stepped down
*Fearne Cotton is presenting ITV 2's The Xtra Factor
*Danni Minogue is joining the judging panel
*300,000 people auditioned
*There will now be four categories
-Under 16's
-16 to 24's
-25 and over's
-Groups
*The judges will NO LONGER have the final say in the live shows because with four of them a tie could arise
*The judges will work TOGETHER during bootcamp and them seperate afterwards
*The judges will choose 3 acts each for the live shows bringing ito a total of 12 Acts competing for the recording contract.
*The Carphone Warehouse are now the show official sponsor

£1 million contract eh? No wonder he's a bumbling wreck on BBLB this year.

That isnt an official video.
Telefan you should stop passing off your work as real, it gets peoples hopes up.

And Im pretty sure a lot of those rules arent real either.
And its in the wrong section, I think, purposely so people see your work.

Why don't you post/say on your YouTube thing that its not real then.

The only thing WE know so far is the presenters/catagories.
And that the website will launch in 11 days. Then we will know more.

With Dreary O' Leary hosting, and that crappy PR stunt where Louis was fired but brought back, I don't think I'll enjoy it so much this year.

Fair enough. I know the Carphone Warehouse is sponsering it.

But you really need to say your videos are fake, it gets peoples hopes up, and its just stupid.

I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed that the groups are ..

14-24's Male
14-24's Female
25+
Groups

But I could be wrong, and yes that ad is fake.

That's what I heard too, about the categories. And I prefer if that's how it was as well, an under 16's category means we'll definitely have very young contestants who will get people going "awww" and picking up the phone, even if they're not quite good. At least with the male and female categories, any under 16's who are really good can be brought near to the final stages and then kindly turned down but told to try again when they're older. I don't agree with young contestants being on the show and spending too much time working for it, when they should be getting their education.

It's gas, if I had of say the ad was fake then I wud have got a good response and wudv been u2u'd, as I have been in the past, "oh, telefan that adverts great, what program do u use?". Instead i get some snooty little forum member saying "that advert is so fake, hahaha".
